Street, sidewalk enhancement program set in Rayne

This two-block section of South Adams Avenue in Rayne where street, sidewalk and intersection improvements will be made in the coming weeks through Phase II of the LDOTD Enhancement Grant Project will see a drastic change. The project will also improve traffic flow and turning at the major intersection of South Adams and Texas Avenue, pictured above.
